Avanceret
ion indfangning i fourier transformerede massespektrometre (FTMS) for både
kemisk analyse og gas-fase ion kemi.
Fourier-transformeret
Orbitrap masse analysator.

LC-MS in
medicinal Chemistry: Quick,
Dirty, Generic – and effective!
The missing link between the
chemists and the biologist on purity issues has finally been resolved with the
nearly full automatic LC-MS set-up for analysis and purification. For practical
reasons the analytical and preparative system is split up in two separated
systems. Both systems are optimised to be as generic as possible and therefore
the mass specs are equipped with the latest ion source
APPI. The analytical LC-MS is set-up in an open access environment and is
both qualitative and quantitative in an ultra short time. UV or MS trigger the
preparative purification. This set-up can purify compounds from 1 to 200 mg in a
single run of 7 min. Advanced software scripts have been prepared to handle all
data before and after the analysis and purification in an efficient way to fully
fit the company database. Data from a combinatorial library will be shown.
